Team as part of our ongoing process of reducing our bandwidth and utilization on our server farm we will be making the following changes. After reviewing the backup scheme we utilized for our disaster recovery it was noticed that we are backing up data that is not part of the company. This non-essential data which consist of personal documents, pictures and movies is consuming storage space and increasing the time for our backup to be completed every night.

As part of this new finding we are letting you know that we will be cleaning and removing all non-essential material in the coming weeks.  

If you have any personal documents, pictures or movies that you wish to keep, please remove them from the personal document as soon as possible.   

In order for us to conduct a faster and more reliable daily backup of our data we must start with these changes.
